MICAH (MIKE) TENGES   

Kailer Community Advisor

Micah was born in Kailer and maintains a homestead in the village. He is considered a respected advisor within his Ilchamus community.

Mike was appointed by the Ilchamus Community Development Organization to serve as the communication liaison between the community and Village Voices, as well as provide on-the-ground oversight and coordination of VVI-sponsored programs to ensure quality and culturally appropriate outcomes. Mike is Headmaster at the Athinai Secondary School in Mogotio, Kenya. He serves as a role model for ethical personal and business interactions and is a mentor to Ilchamus youth, providing motivational workshops to promote leadership skills for boys and girls.
